This is odd because I haven't upgraded the system on my Mac Mini (running Ventura), but I suddenly can't complete the printing process using Canon's Professional Print and Layout software. Photoshop 2024 does recognize the plug-in and gets me to the PPL window. But when I hit "print" I get an error telling me to check the user interface. Same thing happens when I attempt to use PPL as a stand-alone, dropping an image onto the PPL workspace. I uninstalled the old Canon software and reinstalled the most current versions. The printer is working fine: I can print without using the PPL software. So this must be an issue with PPL and how it's communicating with my Mac Mini and the printer. Anyone else experience this?
