This is odd because I haven't upgraded the system on my Mac Mini (running Ventura), but I suddenly can't complete the printing process using Canon's Professional Print and Layout software. Photoshop 2024 does recognize the plug-in and gets me to the PPL window. But when I hit "print" I get an error telling me to check the user interface. Same thing happens when I attempt to use PPL as a stand-alone, dropping an image onto the PPL workspace. I uninstalled the old Canon software and reinstalled the most current versions. The printer is working fine: I can print without using the PPL software. So this must be an issue with PPL and how it's communicating with my Mac Mini and the printer. Anyone else experience this? Thanks.
