Did you mean:

My Pro 100 won't print yellow

Any suggestions?

I noticed my prints looked bad and I noticed that I hadn't filled the yellow in a while.  I ran test pages and that was the only color not printing.

I figured the ink was old and I put in a brand new yellow ink and it still doesn't print.  I tried deep cleaning and the printer doesn't think anything is wrong.  Also if I touch the tip of the yellow ink on a napkin, yellow ink does come out.

thanks

Did you not use your printer for a long while.  Like a month or so?  If you have been using it regularly, say even once a week, it isn't a clogged print heard.  Most likely, I mean as anything is possibile.  The best practice is to print something at least once a week or two.

When you manually try to clean the print head be careful as there are gold contacts and electronic contacts there.
