just installed the new Mac driver for my Canon ipf8100 printer (it's driver 3.04). Now when I print a job it spools for a while, then says "cannot find destination. Please check printers power connection". But if I just open the printer utility itself, it does see the printer on my network - shows me ink levels and even lets me print a nozzle check page. So I know the printer is hooked up correctly and operational. So why can't I print to the printer from any of my programs? I've tried printing from Word, Photoshop, and InDesign and always get the same issue.
