Hi jryoungjr,
What paper are you using; manufacturer and type?
Are you using a PIXMA Pro9000 or PIXMA Pro9000 Mark II?
What version of Windows is installed on your computer? If you are using a Mac, what version of OSX is installed?
What application are you attempting to print from? For example, are you using Easy-PhotoPrint EX, Photoshop, etc?
