Hello!

Try running this on your computer https://canon.us/PRO200Setup

thanks. I do this, then it promts me to follow easy wireless connect. When I get to select network SSID the network does not appear. And it puts my comuter on the canon network. I try to add the printer in system preferences but does not appear for me to add

Hello, did you have any other suggestions?

Greetings,

Can you tell us more about your wireless network please?  Do your wireless broadcasts all use the same SSID name.  What type of encryption are you using? WPA3, WPA2.  Are you using a mesh system? Standalone router, modem/router combo, etc.

Greetings,

Try giving each network broadcast a unique name, or temporarily disable the 5G broadcast and then attempt to make a connection to the 2.4 broadcast.
