Canon Pixma Pro-200 keeps "processing" with no end.

I am connected to my Canon Pixma Pro-200 via USB from my desktop computer. Today I changed the paper setting

from Pro Lustre to Matte on both the computer print setting and on the Printer. When I clicked on the Print command on the Desktop the printer LCD said "Processing One Moment Please". Two hours later it still has that message.

I turned the printer off and restarted it checking to see that on the desktop it was still set to Matte paper and the printer still is showing the same message and nothing is happening.
