Canon Pixma Pro 200 - Reset ink levels once non-genuine ink has been used

I used non genuine ink in my Pixma Pro 200 (which was silly I know) and now the ink levels don't show up for some colours. Is there a way to reset this setting that I bypassed when I installed the cheap ink?

I deeply regret the cheap ink! But I'm hoping that I can at least salvage the ink levels so I can add genuine ink back in.

Greetings ,

Please help us understand your problem or issue clearly?

You replaced one or more of your ink cartridges with third party inks and now none of the inks display their levels, even your OEM genuine cartridges?

If that's the case, I would get the third party inks out of my printer and replace with OEM.

Canon does not keep you from using third-party inks in your printer, but manufacturing and quality varies, so you never know what you're going to get when third party inks or toners are used.

It is only the non genuine ink tanks that don't show the ink levels. I haven't tried yet to add genuine ones back in to see if the ink levels come back, so should that be my course of action?

I obviously regret using non genuine ink it's terrible but I had a large cheap project to print and didn't want to spend lots on ink

Definitely. Easy to try.
