Hello, I am getting wrong colors when I do a print with blue in it. The blue colors are coming out as purple! And yet some prints are perfect. I am also getting magenta and grey when trying to print in black and white. Help

Hi 1drworx,

Please open the cover to your PIXMA PRO-100.  Please verify that the following ink tanks are installed (left to right):

CLI-42 M
CLI-42 PC
CLI-42 Y
CLI-42 BK
CLI-42 GY
CLI-42 PM
CLI-42 LGY
CLI-42 C

Please compare your nozzle check to the example below.  Does your nozzle check match the example?

Ink cartridges are all installed corectly and nozzle check looks good.

Good morning.

Download and print the test image from this site. Just open the image in your photo software and print it. Don't make any adjustments.

It looks good!

That's great. I have found that any evaluation of correct colors when printing needs a standard test print of some sort.

Blue is apparently a difficult color for printing.
