Canon Pixma Pro-100 not printing margins correctly

Hello,

I use the pixma pro-100 to print images. When I first got it less than a year ago, it print the margins straight, no problem. Then recently, I noticed that the margins are slightly off. The right margin is slightly bigger than the left margin.

I was using microsoft word to print the images. I thought it was word itself, but then i printed the same document on my cheap printer, and the margins printed perfectly straight! What am I doing wrong? Why is the pixma suddenly printing the margins slightly off?

Thanks for any ideas or help.

Did you check your margin settings in the print module?

Thanks! YES, I checked the margins when I go to print. I am using microsoft word.

Any other ideas of what it could be??? The left margin is smaller than the right margin. I checked the paper size, etc. What else could it be?

You could give Canon a call at 1-800-OK-CANON.

Sorry! I just saw this comment and I'm still having the issue.

I'm not sure what a print module is. Is that the settings when I go to print on word?

Yes. The screen shot is Word print window.

Thanks. I did but they couldn't really figure it out. I can't afford (time wise) to send this out for a repair... thanks anyway.
