Can't select Pixma Pro 9000 MKII in Print Studio (MAC)

Hello all,

A friend gave me his Pixma Pro 9000 MKII and I am unable to select it from Print Studio Pro.  I have the latest version of Print Studio Pro which I think is the issue but I was curious if there is a way to get it to work.  I know version 1.4.1 would work but I don't see that as a download option so I am guessing I am out of luck but I figured I would ask here.

Welcome to the forum.

The version of PSP fro your printer (1.4.2) will not work if your OS is newer than High Sierra.

Dang.  Is this printer a dead weight then when it comes to photos?

PSP is not needed to print. Many folks with the supported Adobe products print without it and many folks print successfully with products that aren’t even compatible with PSP.
