Hello,
I have a Canon iR-ADV 4525 copier, which I've set up correctly to use SMTP to send "Scan and Send" documents to addresses in the "Personal Address List." Settings are exactly the same as another copier at a different site with a functional copier. When I "Check SMTP Connection," I get a "Connection to the server was successful." result.
When I try to scan and send, however, nothing ever gets sent. I've checked the Send Log, and here is an example of a failed attempt:

My research seems to indicate that an End Code "#801" might mean an SMTP timeout occurred. Is this correct?
If so, what should be my next steps?
