I have an IPF710 that I bought second hand. I updated the firmware on it. It had a PF-03 print head in it. I did a test print and it wanted me to clean print head. I bought a new PF-04 head and put it in. It continues to tell me to replace print head. I have another PF-04 head from a 650 that I am using, so I put it in to be sure it wasn't a faulty print head. It still shows the same response. Any ideas on how to fix this?
Thanks
Jack

Thanks for letting us know what Canon product you've got. The imagePROGRAF iPF710 is an older model which we have retired. While that means that Canon USA no longer offers direct support for it, your friends here in the Canon Community are welcome to offer suggestions!
You can also speak with our sales team to help you score a modern replacement that would meet your current needs. You can reach them weekdays and Saturdays at 1-800-385-2155.
Hope this helps!
