imageprograf pro-2000 only printing small images?

I had this printer at my workplace and recently moved it to start printing from home. It worked fine before, but now I can't get it to print out full sized images. It's got a 24"x40' canvas roll loaded, and when doing a test print of 18"x24" it prints the image small in the corner of the canvas, probably about 8"x10" size. I have it set up on airprint on my macbook (running sequoia 15.6), is this the issue? I double checked the file size and the print settings, everything points to it being set up correctly but alas.
