imageRUNNER ADVANCE 4545i gone from network

We just now had at least a 5 minute delay for the cannon printer to print labels from station we had to use our dymo printer while it froze.

 

After restarting that station both options for Cannon are back to 4235i we no longer see anything for 4545i

 

Network printer that is mapped.  Is this a driver issue?  Known?
