imageRUNNER ADV C3935 how to set up users using a certain mailbox can only print to black and white

Hello,

I want to set up my cannon ir-adv c3935 so users using a certain mailbox can only print to black and white. How would I set this up? I currently have it set it department ID Management to have the color prints and scans limit set to zero, but this is not working.

Any help would be appreciated, thanks!
