Does anyone know how i can fix this? i have purchased a new printhead and replaced it. but, everytime i turn the printer on and it tries to go throught the cycle it says this. i have read that it could be air in the lines and when i looked at the lines there was no ink in them at all.

Your imagePROGRAF iPF785 will require service since replacing the print head did not clear the error and it looks like there isn't any ink in the lines. If you need help with locating a Canon dealer to service your iPF785, please contact our Large Format Printer telephone support at 1-800-423-2366 (press option 1 then option 3 for Large Format Printers), Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM EST, excluding holidays. I hope this is helpful.
