I keep getting the error code E24. We called before and it was fixed. We copied about 15 copies and I'm getting the error code again. I checked the ink levels and they are still have enough ink to work, I can't even print when the printer is connected to the computer via a cable.

Good day, my machine is a TM350 im trying to scan and i plug in the usb but it keeps saying waiting for pc and the light is orange, after a while it shows an error 24, please help
