imagePROGRAF TM-340 MFP Lm36 Help needed for scanner setup

cowadmin

This was bought without my knowledge and they want me to set it up. I can't figure out how to setup the scanner at all. They want to be able to scan to email, is this possible? I have the scanning part plugged into the network and it has an IP but I can't get to it at all.

Greetings,

The configuration steps are not difficult.

Support portal for your printer.

Visit downloads and select the windows manual.  Page 472 has the steps for configuring the SMTP mail server.

However, if you see my screenshot I don't have those settings at all.

I'm more looking at the scanner. It appears to have it's own network connection which I have plugged in and can ping it. From what I can tell you can only scan to a PC and not email, is this correct? I can't get it to find any PC on the network.
