I have received multiple error codes in one day, the printer (imagePROGRAF TM-300) is fairly new, less than 1 years old should be still under warranty.
At first, I received EC12-2F2B (Paper feed overload (support number: 4801)), I tried to restart the printer as instructed on screen, and switched paper type. It did not work, after a few tries, I received another error code, EC52-4038 (Abnormal power supply voltage in standby or printing), and does not boot up to the main menu (stuck in start up) and the on screen instruction was to contact canon.
So I contacted canon via email, got no replies after 2 days. Should I send another support email or should I make a call? I do not have any pleasant experience with calling Customer Services (on hold for a long time with no solutions in the end), so calling is my last resort.
If a canon employee can follow up from this post would be great, or any help would be appreciated. Thank you.
