imagePROGRAF PRO-2000 empties entire cartridge to fill print head

I have a canon Pro 2000 printer. I have replace an ink cartridge (MBK) and when the printer fills the print head it empties the entire cartridge. Then it still says Insufficient ink to print.

I have exactly the same issue with the same ink ! Did you find a solution?
