I have setup a shared folder on the C:\drive Windows 11 PC. On the iR-ADV 4225 the user click the button Manage and it suppose to scan to a folder on the C:\ drive called Scan. I double checked the computer name and folder name and these are correct.
On the iR-ADV 4225 the user tries to scan and it doesn't work. The user can print just fine, but can't scan to the folder. On the Windows PC I go to the iR-ADV 4225 web portal and I am able to review the error number and it shows 751.
Any ideas on how to fix this?
