Reaching out here since the last eight or so techs haven't been able to resolve issues with our printer.
Currently this is what our maintenance cartridge looks like.
This is the third time it has happened within a two months span. We also have had issues with our L Printhead where the Mdot # does not reset.(shows last time it was changed 2020)
We have changed that more times I can count along with Techs. An the answer we always get is change the printhead. A lot of money has been thrown into the printheads and maintenance cartridge replacements.
Could this be a software issue by any chance? Any and all help would be greatly appreciated. If its something we can fix I will gladly take on the task or relay it to whomever comes in to take a look at it.
