To avoid wasting paper on our TA-30 (something I have yet to figure out), I thought that I would try the "Canon imagePROGRAF Free Layout" software (Mac) that installed with the drivers. However, when I went to use it, I got a message saying that I couldn't use it because our printer wasn't registered. So I went online and registered the printer, I think, but the above software still won't work. If I registered the printer online, how does the software "know" that I've done that? The printer came with a paper registration form (paper ... really?!) - do I need to fill that out and return it?
