Paper Jam Ipf670 and deleted paper types/profiles

For the first time in years i get a Paper Jam and can't fix it.
I can't see any jammed paper but it keeps saying there is.

I work on a mac with Catalina installed. Updated the firmware to the latest.

I hope someone can give me soms sollutions for this problem.

A second thing:
I tried some settings and accidently changed the list of paper types/profiles from the printer and can't select glossy photopaper 200 gram anymore. Doe anyboy know how to extent the list of papertypes?
