OCE CS4136 not compatible with Océ Copy Easy 8.9

hi everyone, i own an oce cs4136 scanner, register with windows 7 64 bit. I try to work it by oce copy easy 8.9 programm but there is not  compatible. I cant find in the net latest version of that programm. Does anyone knows how it works? Thank you
