New Printer prints blank - imageRUNNER ADVANCE DX C3926i

I have a brand new C39261. I have an image, png and jpg that I have put into Publisher and want to print it 11x17. Then png prints blank and the jpg prints huge so I only get about 1/4 of the image. It prints an 11/x17 pdf fine. I'm using Windows 11 and Publisher 13. We just bought this machine to be able to print this size of paper.

While we do not have a model called C39261, we do have an imageRUNNER ADVANCE DX C3926i, is it possible that's your model?

yes that is it. I didn't realize it was an i not a 1
