Need Help – Canon iR2425 Error E000602-0020 (Firmware/FlashROM Issue)

Hello everyone,

I’m working on a Canon iR2425 that is displaying the following error during startup:

E000602-0020

From what I’ve researched, this error seems related to corrupted firmware or FlashROM failure.

I’ve tried entering service mode and recovery options, but nothing is working. The Canon SST tool I have only supports IP connection, and I can’t access the machine that way due to its current state.

If anyone has experience fixing this issue, or knows where I can find the proper recovery tools or firmware files, I would really appreciate the help.

This is an urgent case, as the device is used in an official organization.
