I have had this copier for several years with no issues. Suddenly the scan and send doesn't work. I have about 10 email addresses and only one of them works. NOTHING HAS CHANGED! One day I went to scan and send to a person in the contacts that I scanned and sent to the day before and suddenly it would not go through. One email address still works fine. The working email address is the same @ as many of the others.
Any ideas on how to fix this?

If you don't have a dealer and you're in the United States, please call us at 1-800-OK-CANON (1-800-652-2666) and we will be happy to provide you with the names of dealers in your area.

Hi and thank you for your response. I tried that number but they said they do not handle ImaRunner products. If any need help with ImageRunner product call 800-335-1385
