ImagePrograf Pro-4000 putting a cyan band on first few inches of prints

NateW

Hello,

I am having a strange issue with my wide format printer. Whenever I send a new job, the printer is printing extra cyan for the first couple of inches on the lead edge. It will only do this on the first print, so if I send 20 prints, I'll have 19 perfect ones and the first will have the extra cyan added. If I print 1 poster, and then print another poster, they will both have the issue. I ran the fine print head test and didn't notice any irregularities in the print. =

I've attached a few photos to show what is happening. Please help! The background color should be a solid color, not have the darker blue band on the leftThe background color should be a solid color, not have the darker blue band on the leftThe red is getting darker on the right/lead edgeThe red is getting darker on the right/lead edge

Here is another example that happened this morning. The first one in a set of 10 got the cyan lead edge.
