My large format Canon IPF6400SE is regularly leaving black 'track marks' down the edges of my prints (pictured). I suspect it is residual ink on the print head but I'm am struggling to resolve the issue.
Please can some advise? If I need to get in there and clean the print head or rollers could someone link me to some relevant instructions?
