I Need a solution for my printer. imageRUNNER ADVANCE DX 4945i is showing an error E000202-0010

I have bought a new printer and it  is showing this error. i need a solution for this error .please can you help me in this matter? The person from whom i bought this printer is not willing to help me.

Hello, were you able to figure this out? I have a new imagerunner 4945 with the same code on start up.

I have figured it out. It seems like the machines are distributed from the factory with what I imagine is a security feature that makes it difficult to set up for non canon techs to set it up. If you look in the box of accessories that comes with the printer there will be two plastic pieces one is a rectangular one is a soft circle. You need to remove the plastic plugs on the right side of the glass under the feeder and fit the two plastic pieces mentioned above. it will remove the error code.
