My printer stopped working and turned on the alarm light just like the image, I don't know what to do, it's a Canon 1310 I need a solution since I make a living with it, help me bypassing this error or i don't know please help me

Is this the US product? What country are you located in? This looks like an image runner product intended for sale in APAC.
I'd start by looking for a misfeed or paper jam.

Yes its a canon image runner 1310 i verified in display says "Check Toner Drum/CRG.

It's probably the drum or finishing unit then.
