Having send issue with a ImageRunner Advance 4551i

I am having issues of sending scan to email. I appears to have everything set up correct I know of. What happens is I get an error does not send. But if I where to log in as administrator I  am able to send email to where ever I need to. I have created a admin user but printer gives error and does not send to email still even as an Admin. So far only able to send email if log in under a certain administrator. Any help to allow all the users to copy/ send to email would be greatly appreciated
