Faint Black Print Lines from my Canon imagePROGRAF TM-300

I can't figure out how to get rid of the black lines that you'll see in my photo. Does anyone have advice? Thanks.

Hi juanjullian,

The lines that appear at regular intervals are called banding.  It usually happens when the media type you have selected doesn't actually match the media you have loaded in the printer.  If you are using Canon media and are selecting the correct setting for the media type, then you may need to perform a banding adjustment to resolve the issue.  Click here to view the steps to perform an automatic banding adjustment.  I hope this is helpful.
