Colorwave 3600 Error Trying to Plot to a 4 mil Film

I have a colorwave 3600. I'm trying to plot to a 4 mil film. Not having any luck. When I load a roll and select it I get an error message about the media. Is there a media profile available that someone can point me towards or can anyone advise. Thank you
