Canon prograf 4000 color calibration

Jfrank1

I recently had to replace the head. The printer was running fine, although I could see by comparing old and new tests that the color was a little off. I couldn't run a color calibration for a few days until I replaced a low CO cartridge. When I finally did, the color calibration ran and looked like what I could call normal, but subsequent tests from files out of photoshop all appear to have about 10 times the ink they should have. I've been through the process about a dozen times with different papers, all with the same results. Can anyone tell me what I'm doing wrong?

Hello.

Double check to make sure that the appropriate media type and quality settings are being used for your paper.  If you are positive that you are using the same settings, additional testing may be needed.  Please contact our support group at 1-800-423-2366 for additional assistance with this matter.
