We had our canon through a service and the contract was up so we kept it. Not long after, we lost the ability to scan to email but still prints and scans. Is it possible that the service turned something off on their end? Along the line, I heard that there were issues with security through o365 but I don't know where to start to look for that. Anyone have any tips? Tricks? Or who I can talk to about getting the scanner working again? I cannot find any help on forums for this type of printer/scanner. Each step is a little different.
