Can't scan files to any folder in my windows pc from imageRUNNER ADVANCE C5840

Hi there,

I have been trying to add my pc to IR ADV-C5840 to scan a file to folder in my pc my nothing is working instead i can send it to my email but i want it to file.

Note: my laptop is connected with work or school account.

Kindly help!!
