400iF Canon printing problems

Hello, 

I just started having this issue. I choose multiple word docs to print and it will only print 1 of the documents.  If I choose multiple excel documents it with print of of the selected files at once but not in word. Our IT dept checked the word software and does not see a problem.  They are lost with a fix.  Can anyone help me? I choose multiple files to print a lot in my position at work. To need to select one doc at a time to print is really frustrating.
