Need to check that I have the latest updates for Pro310. Not getting good screen to print match in PPL. Where do I find instructions? Have printer connected to iMac M1 thru USB cable. Thanks for reading.Richard

For everyone ...

Where do I find detailed instructions for calibrating my almost new Pro-310 ?

Thanks

You said “ I have some similar test images from Keith Cooper's website and they print well - both color and b&w.”
It’s not clear you have a printer problem.

Thank you John.

I am a bit baffled by all the processes needed to get the most out of this printer. And when a few people have asked me if I calibrated the printer I don't see how to do that. The K.C. test prints do look good. Perhaps I should puzzle less and trust my eyes more?

Making an A3 glossy colour print on the PRO-310. Using Canon's free Professional Print and Layout [PPL] software to make a glossy colour print. Testing your new printer, using a glassy Canon paper via the top paper feed slot. Looking at image layout and sizing. #printing #canonprinter #canonpro310

John,

Thank you for this. K.C. does provide a lot of good instruction.
