Greetings Avrohom,
Thank you for starting your own topic. Based on your description, it sounds like you are having issues connecting your printer to a wireless network?
The printer has a 2.4Ghz radio and supports connection to a 2.4Ghz broadcast which supports WPA2 / AES encryption. Please ensure your network meets these requirements.
You say the printer is displaying an error message. What is the error? "Cannot Connect"
While troubleshooting, it might be helpful to test with a dedicated 2.4Ghz broadcast. I'm not clear about the MAC address. You don't normally change the MAC address of a network adapter. This is programmed during manufacturing. If you mean IP address, then you can log into the printer's Remote UI and modify the printer's DHCP or statically set IP, subnet mask and gateway.

thanks shadowsports for your answer
it's looking that this is the answer because my wifi is a 5Ghz but I don't know what I am passable to do because I'm not the boss of the WiFi and I can't change it to the 2.4Ghz
and I can't connect to another network because I don't have the psk

Greetings,
Unfortunately, the printer will not connect to a 5Ghz broadcast. You may need to work with building management to get the password for the 2.4Ghz broadcast.
