I have downloaded the canon mobile printing app but cannot make it print.  I get a message that printer is not available.  Can anyone help wireless print from my phone?

I am wireless to the printer but the problem is solved.  After much trial and error, I unplugged and plugged the printer and voila, it is all good.  And rather than use the canon print, I use the canon business print.  Thanks for the suggestions.

Imageclass MF644cdw. When I go to the business print, it says the printer is blocked.

To have a better understanding of your issue, please let everyone know how the printer is being connected to the phone with the Canon PRINT app and the version of OS Android on the phone. That way, the community will be able to assist you with suggestions appropriate for your printer.

 

There are two methods used to connect a mobile device with the machine: connecting via a wireless LAN router, and communicating wirelessly and directly with the machine. Select a connection method in accordance with the communication environment and the device you are using. Perform communication with mobile devices from <Mobile Portal> on the Home screen of operational panel. Please click on the link below to view the information on the online users name:
