new printer, printed like 10-20 pages total. was able to print 3 weeks ago.
always get printer error. so i remove it from my 'printers & scanners' list. and when i try to add, i does not show up in the printer list. if i try to install driver from the CD, same problem - cannot locate the IP.
from command prompt, i do 'arp -a', i can see the IP.
i have rebooted the computer, i have unplugged the printer. problem remains?
can someone help?
