Scanning and printing issues with this machine. it says it is connected to my lan . but the scanner cannot be found when I try to scan. It then says select scanner and it shows my MG5420series. I select it and then it says scanner error. i keep going through the motions and am ready to throw the canon out!!! I have followed all the directions to a t. I have re downloaded the drivers, and software. I have restarted the machines, all of them. I cant even scan from the machine much less the computer Help me!!!!!
