I have been using my Canon ix6820 printer as my go-to printer for some time as a Bluetooth printer . Today I went to print, and it wasn't showing up as a printer. When I look in the printer settings, it shows "ix6800 Series Driver is unavailable." I am running WINDOWS 11 and it won't let me select the printer to delete it. I went to the Canon website and downloaded the most recent Driver/patches etc. and successfully installed them. Setting still shows the driver unavailable, and I can't select to delete the printer. I tried to add it as a new printer, and it is not showing up on the list of available printers. My phone sees it as a Wi-Fi printer, so I know it's working, but my computer cannot?? What can I do to re-connect this printer? I am not able to directly connect it to my desktop. Thanks for any advice or help.
