Hello,
I have a Canon Pro 4100 printer. I have recently began having issues with printing my images. I am using the professional print and layout on my Mac. It is connected to Adobe Lightroom as a plug-in, but I also drag and drop the images without using Lightroom.
Every time I have the size selected in both the slot and the settings(right side of the layout's program), the image will have a different output image size. I have tried resizing the images in photoshop as I need multiple sizes for art prints. Once they are resized, I am still having the same issue with the output size. I am no longer able to print borderless like I could a little over a week ago. The size becomes way larger as a borderless print. Also, if I want to use cut sheet instead of the roll, there is a white/clear "printable area" margin box that cuts off the image at the bottom. It did not do this before.
I have reached out to tech support, but the issue was not fully resolved to get me back up and running.
Thank you

Hi Ciara,
Can you post the information you received from Canon about the white margin you get while setting the paper source to "Cut Sheet"? Did they mention what size that border is? We can't print borderless when using paper source = cut sheets, but I couldn't find anything about the size of the margin that is applied to cut sheets.
