I have had my imageclass mf731c 733c printer since 2019. Recently our computers (PC and Chromebook) say they connect BUT the printer needs a configuration change and won't use it. Our I-phones no longer see the printer. With the Chromebook I tried using a USB cable and got the same message. I have no idea what to do. Any ideas?
