I'm unable to register the scanner (MF656Cdw). Launching the MF Scan utility only gets as far as the "No available scanner found. ..." error message. The Network Scanner Settings option is greyed out in the menu pull down. A static IP address has been assigned to the printer. USB, Bonjour and TCP/IP connections have all been tried and none work. Meanwhile my MacBook Pro is running macOS 13.6.1 and the MF Scan Utility works as expected. All Canon folders and files in Library\Application Support and files in Library\Printers have been deleted. After nearly 4 hours on the phone with Canon support over the last 2 days they're stumped and think it's the computer. I'm reinstalling Sonoma as I type this. Anything else before I try Apple support?
