Although off topic, I'm happy to clarify. The printer has a 2.4Ghz radio. It can only see and communicate with a 2.4Ghz wireless network. Many router manufacturers use a single SSID name for all broadcasts (dual and tri-band routers) 2.4, 5, 6 and 7G. The number of bands your router supports depends on brand. Sometimes devices can have issues connection to a multi-band router that is using thr same SSID name for all broadcasts. In these cases, you can use one of the following options.
Give each network a unique name. Example mynetwork2.4, mynetwork5G, mynetwork6G. Another option is to temporarily disable the other broadcasts while connecting the printer, then turn them back on. This is not always needed but can help if you are troubleshooting a connectivity issue.
