I recently had to "upgrade, ha, ha" to Windows 11. Now when I print I don't get the Canon app that gives me choices like two sided printing, which is something I like to use. The Windows app offers practically nothing in the way of printing options. I've gone through all the removing the printer from the system, deleting the existing apps, and downloading the most recent Canon software. I can still print but without the options provided by the Canon app that I used with Windows 10. Any suggestions?

This looks to be it for your printer and Windows 11:

I don't know what you are seeing exactly but if the above has a few more options you can download the assistant link is in the post above.

Thanks. The links to get the required software in this article connect to a third party's (Salesforce) web page. Registration with this third party is required. I didn't need to jump through these hoops when using the printer in Windows 10. Hard to believe Canon has no provision for this.

I agree. Why a third party registration?

Greetings ,
You can download compatible apps for your Canon printer from the Microsoft store.

While this app is convenient, you will get full support and configuration options if you install the full print driver and MF scan utility.

Thanks, I used the link above to the Canon Support page and downloaded a couple of software files. There was significant improvement in that I can now print two sided pages, but the new software offers far fewer options than were available when I used this printer with Windows 10. In any case, this was helpful and I am grateful.
